Customer Loyalty Index (CLI):- is a composite index in the sense of grouping several variables, combined in a standardized way, providing a useful statistical measure of brand ‘performance’ over time
- depicts the ‘emotional’ relationship between the customer and the brand/company in a quantitative way.
How Customer Loyalty Index (CLI) works
Customer Loyalty Index (CLI):- categorizes Customers in four distinct loyalty groups.
- classifies each customer to a group, depending on the ratings that he or she gives to each brand on three different dimensions:
- Net Promoters Score (NPS)
- Level of experience
- Probability of future purchase (next time)
